Four general Instructions

Breathe in through the nose deeply ... take the time to breathe deeply ... pause before exhaling
Keep the body straight ... the stick is the master ... keep the body straight at all times
Don't use force ... use the breath ... Qi is breath energy ... use it naturally as is without force
Concentrate on body within body ... recognise what the body feels during the pause between in and out breath
